SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is on its way.
Shipping Time Because TrailPaws works with trusted fulfillment partners to bring you quality gear at fair prices, delivery times may be longer than items shipped from a local warehouse. Estimated delivery windows:
- Standard shipping: 7-15 business days
- Some items may take up to 3 depending on destination and product availability
Exact delivery estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout where available. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates, as shipping carriers and customs (for international orders) can occasionally cause delays outside our control.
Multiple Items, Multiple Packages If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, since items can ship from different fulfillment locations. This is normal and does not mean part of your order was lost — if you're concerned, contact us and we'll confirm the status of each item.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
